Before you submit your AI tool
- A working homepage: the page should load in a normal browser without a login wall and explain the product in English.
- A way to use it: sign up, download, a demo or a clear price. A waitlist alone is not enough yet; submit again at launch.
- Plain claims: we describe what your site says. If a feature or a free plan is not on the site, it will not be in the entry.
- A pricing page: it lets us label the tool correctly as free, freemium, free trial or paid, which is what visitors filter by.
What we list and what we skip
We list products where AI does a real part of the job: writing, images, video, audio, code, research, agents, business workflows and developer platforms. Tools must be legal and safe for work. We skip adult content, apps that undress or impersonate real people, academic cheating services, spam and engagement bots, and pages that only resell another product under a new name. Open-source projects are welcome when they have a homepage or documentation site that a normal user can follow.
What happens after you submit
- We check the site. We open it the way a visitor would, keep a screenshot and your icon, and confirm the product is live.
- We write the entry. A one-line summary, a short description, features, use cases, how to get started, a pricing note and a short FAQ.
- We place it. One main category and up to two more, so people who browse by task can find it. Your tool also appears as an alternative on similar tools’ pages.
- We publish and reply. You get an email with the link to your page. Search engines are notified when the page goes live.
How to get more from your listing
Visitors arrive from category pages, search and the alternatives on other tools’ pages, so the first screen of your website matters most. A clear headline, a short demo and an obvious free way to start turn directory visits into sign-ups. If you change your pricing or add a major feature, tell us and we will refresh the entry so it stays accurate.
Submit AI tool FAQ
Is it free to submit an AI tool?
Yes. Listing is free and there is no paid fast lane today. We review submissions in the order they arrive, usually within a few days, and we never charge for a place inside a category.
Do you add a backlink to my site?
Every listing links to your website with a ref=allsitools tag so you can see our visits in your analytics. Outbound links carry rel="nofollow", which is standard for directories and keeps the listing about users rather than link building.
Can I write my own description?
Send any notes you like and we will read them, but the entry itself is written by us from your website. That keeps every page in the same plain style and makes sure what we say matches what your site says.
How do I update or remove my listing?
Email support@allsitools.com from an address on your company domain. Tell us what changed, such as a new plan, a rebrand or a new domain, and we will refresh the entry and its screenshot. Owners can ask for removal at any time.
Why was my AI tool not listed?
The usual reasons are a site that did not load for us, a page that only shows a waitlist, no clear description of the product in English, or a product outside the rules below. Fix the issue and submit again; there is no penalty for trying twice.
